1.301 nickel chromium alloy bar surface layer falls off

Sometimes because of the poor quality of the gas furnace can not meet the normal production of the required temperature, the roller kiln was forced to around 700 ℃ heat preservation or temporary cooling. And 310 use parts of the roller is located in kiln range of 660 ℃ ~ 950 ℃, the range is products oxidative decomposition of relatively concentrated area, the area oxidizing atmosphere is thicker to make 310 roller surface oxidation. Especially when the kiln to around 600 ℃, 600 roller surface oxidation, generate crunchy porous FeO, it combined with nickel substrate ability is weak and easy peeling, oxygen also easy to spread through FeO, keep alloy aluminum rod internal oxidation, resulting in 310 roller oxide layer peeling off. Frequent temperature cooling, at the same time, the roller kiln is pushing the oxide layer peeling, the roller peeling wall thickness from 2 mm to 1.5 mm, its life is down by 50%.
Overcome method: we use homebred ceramic roller instead of 310 nickel-chromium alloy rods, running effect is very good more than a year.
2.601 nickel chromium alloy roller grinding groove

3.601 roller deformation
Reasons: when high temperature working roller in the stove, bear reciprocating intermittent load, the weight of roller and products of load effect and the influence of the centrifugal force when roller transmission, make after using a roller, prone to bending deformation, our factory roller kiln is a spur gear transmission, when the roller deformation, its rotation when the centrifugal force is bigger, the gear mesh is difficult, serious when, a moment of roller pause phenomenon, which run on roller products also with roller pause, especially thermal zone, glaze melt, the operation of products, the products adhesion between row and row, easy cause card kiln of the accident.
Will overcome methods: deformation of roller out slowly, after natural cooling, in straightening roller washing machine, according to the conventional straightening once a month, when the roller to late, severe oxidation, changeful form, general straightening a ten days or so.
4. Products running deviation
Reasons: because there's a taper roller, linear velocity at various points along the furnace width direction is different, wandering kiln product, roller installation, each other between roller, roller surface glaze, etc.
Overcoming methods: each roller must be strictly for correction, ensure that the roller surface levelness and roller center line parallelism, exchanging the sticky glaze roller.
5. Roll breakage
Reasons: porcelain roller and roller friction, product crack, wandering, fold to make ceramics remit mound, than roller bear ability; More serious alloy roller after use, oxidation, roller table is porous, cannot afford the large temperature gradient; Roller drive the loose connection, causing the porcelain roller end fracture.
Overcome methods: frequent checks on the operation of the roller, roller table timely remove piled up the waste of ceramics, and phase of the alloy roller, cooling slowly warming.
Third, the maintenance of the roller
1. Every day carry out inspection on the operation of the roller, handle in time when problems found.
2. Stop furnace, the furnace temperature must be below 200 ℃, can stop the roller run. Or alloy roller will due to uneven temperature deformation.
3. Replacing ceramic roller, must slow roller, the roller can not directly contact with the ground, to be on the shelves dedicated slowly rotating, uniform cooling.
